002 → accidental video - action for Goldenrod

Aaaaah, man, what the hell's goin' on here?! This ain't where I -- aaargh!

[ going by the angle of the video, the PokeGear appears to have been dropped and is lying on its side but it still manages to catch a miserable and thoroughly sodden Labrys pacing around a street of what appears to be Goldenrod. The shower of rain evidently hadn't done her any good and she's soaked to the bone, and freezing to boot. She's not used to it and she's not enjoying it either.

Neither is Kirarin, who looks just as miserable as her trainer and gives a pitiful bleat. ]

Yeah, I know! First they dump me hear without any warnin' and next they start throwin' me around everywhere! It's-- hrgh, where is it?

[ she turns a dizzy circle, looking around and finally her eyes land on the PokeGear and she heaves a huge sigh before pacing over and scooping it up. ]

Ah, jeez, did it start recordin' when I dropped it? ... anyway.

[ she huffs upwards, trying to blow a sodden lock of hair out of her face, with little success. ]

Okay, so after all that... whatever was goin' on, I fell asleep and now I ain't where I was before. This happen t'anyone else? ... and, uh.

[ she grins sheepishly. ]

Anyone know where I can get some new clothes?

[ and with that, the video clicks off.

if you want to find Labrys, she'll be wandering around Goldenrod looking like a lost lamb, with her actual lamb trotting along at her side. ]

[Sure enough, guess who was walking by with a shiny yellow Swablu camped upon his head.]

[Well, evidently someone didn't feel like getting wet today, because despite having an umbrella and her bright green Espeon with her, Kirigiri's also taken the added precaution of bringing her Castform with her — which, when things get a little too showery and intense, helpfully supplements things with a bit of Sunny Day to remedy the problem.

...Which probably makes for a sort of hilarious picture, what with Labrys and her Pokemon being soaking wet and Kirigiri and hers...decidedly not.]

...No umbrella, I see.

[Apparently calling for someone, Veronica rounds the corner with her Eevee, and immediately spots Labrys.]

Oh! Hey, aren't you...

[No names were exchanged. bluh.]

[Al happens upon Labrys walking back to his hotel with some food, startling a bit when he sees the sorry state she and her Pokemon are in.] Oh, jeez! Are you okay, Miss?

[He hurries over and juggles his bag to get his coat off and offer it to her.] Here, put this on--what happened to you?

...Finding yourself in completely different location after a few confusing days is a risk twice every year, I'm sorry to say. At least you've not been left in the Ice Path; it does not have nearly as many clothing stores as Goldenrod.

[And that's the least of its problems.]
